Ottoman beds deserve extra care. Lower the storage platform fully first; the gas-lift struts push outwards with real force when the lid is open. If the mattress, bedside tables or a wardrobe are going too, clear them in the same visit. One access slot and one truck journey usually costs less than separate single-item pickups.
